Its more than a month now since Titi decided to walk away from us. How do I feel about it today?
I have almost forgotten about it. There is a new wave of hidden optimism among Gunner fans and the two pre-season cup victories has brought a smile back on my face. Henry walking away meant a fresh start for the team and brought to the fore a number of new stars-to-be. I predict a big year for Adebayor who is looking stronger, fitter and more in control with the ball at his feet. RVP is awesome and Hleb is now more positive with his play now that his position is more central.
The only concern I have is the overacting and the flare ups of Eboue and RVP. If they learn to control that agression then we will have less yellow cards and no red cards. Players from other teams will try pushing them and so they have to be careful.
Otherwise, my message to the other teams are... Bring it on. Lets see you beat us this year.
